Refund policy

Returns, Refunds, Cancellation & Warranty

This policy applies to all orders placed on WTF AI Glasses, a store operated by WTF Gadgets India.

7-day easy returns

  • You can return any product within 7 days of delivery, for any reason.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition, with the original box, charging case, cable, manuals and all accessories.
  • Products damaged by misuse, physically altered, or returned without their accessories or original box are not eligible.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at wtfindiagad@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We will arrange a reverse pickup where serviceable. If pickup is not available at your pincode, we will share the return address.
  3. Once the product reaches us, we inspect it within 2 working days and confirm your refund.

Damaged, defective or wrong product

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video. We will replace the product or give you a full refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

  • Prepaid orders (UPI / card / net banking): refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after the return is approved.
  • Cash on delivery orders: refunded by bank transfer or UPI to the account details you share with us, within 5–7 working days after the return is approved.
  • Discounts applied to the order (such as PREPAID20 or COD5) are not refundable as cash; you are refunded the amount you actually paid.

Order cancellation

  • Cash on delivery orders can be cancelled at any time before delivery. Message or email us with your order number.
  • Prepaid orders can be cancelled before the order is dispatched, with a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Once dispatched, a prepaid order cannot be cancelled, but you can use our 7-day return policy after delivery.

Warranty

Ray-Ban Meta glasses come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects, provided by the brand. Warranty claims are handled through the brand's authorised service channels. Keep your invoice safe, and contact us if you need help raising a claim; we will guide you through the process. The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage beyond the product's rating, or normal wear and tear.
