Shipping Policy
WTF Gadgets India ships to all serviceable pincodes across India.
Delivery time
- Delivery usually takes 3–5 days from the date of order, across India.
- Prepaid orders (UPI / card) get priority dispatch.
- Cash on delivery orders usually arrive in 3–4 days.
- Delivery can take longer for remote areas, during festivals, or because of weather or courier delays beyond our control.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on all orders during our Diwali offer, valid until 11:59 PM on 8 November 2026.
- After the offer ends, any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
Payment options
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and cash on delivery (COD). During the Diwali offer, prepaid orders get 20% off with code PREPAID20 and COD orders get 5% off with code COD5.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details by SMS, email or WhatsApp. If you have not received tracking details within 2 working days of ordering, please contact us.
Address and delivery attempts
- Please make sure your shipping address, pincode and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
- The courier may call you before delivery. If the package cannot be delivered after repeated attempts, it is returned to us.
- For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready.
Damaged packages
If the package looks tampered with or damaged at delivery, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
