What is your return policy?

7-day easy returns: you can return the glasses within 7 days of delivery for any reason, as long as they are unused and in the original box with all accessories. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method and COD orders by bank transfer or UPI, within 5–7 working days after approval. Read the full policy.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. The glasses come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects from Ray-Ban Meta. Keep your invoice, and message us if you need help raising a claim.

Can I cancel my order?

Cash on delivery orders can be cancelled any time before delivery. Prepaid orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

How do I use the Diwali coupons?

Copy the code from the product page and apply it at checkout. Use PREPAID20 for 20% off when paying by UPI or card, or COD5 for 5% off on cash on delivery. Both are valid until 11:59 PM on 8 November.

How long does delivery take?

Which lens should I choose?
