Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the WTF AI Glasses online store (the "Store"), operated by WTF Gadgets India ("we", "us"). By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Store under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.

2. Products and pricing

  • We sell Ray-Ban Meta AI glasses and related products. Product images on the Store may include 3D illustrations; actual colours and finish can vary slightly.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We try to keep all information accurate. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

3. Orders

  • An order is confirmed only when we send an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, pricing errors or an undeliverable address. If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, you receive a full refund.
  • We may contact you by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp to confirm cash on delivery orders.

4. Payments

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and cash on delivery. Online payments are processed securely by our payment partners; we do not store your card details.

5. Discounts and offers

  • Discount codes are valid only for the period and payment method stated. PREPAID20 is for prepaid orders and COD5 is for cash on delivery orders. Both are valid until 11:59 PM on 8 November 2026.
  • We may cancel orders where a code was used in violation of its conditions, or ask for the difference to be paid.
  • Offers cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping, cancellation, returns, refunds and warranty are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Return and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Product use

Please follow the manufacturer's instructions and all applicable laws when using camera and recording features, including respecting other people's privacy. We are not responsible for misuse of the product.

8. Intellectual property

Ray-Ban and Meta are trademarks of their respective owners. Store content created by us (text, design and graphics) may not be copied without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, without affecting your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
